We’re excited to announce that we have just released an updated version of Colabo including multiple new features. This release includes:
- All new user dashboard for analytics and reporting
- The ability to track past account activity in your CRM
- Support for multiple lead email accounts
- Differentiation between InMails and LinkedIn Messages
- Faster lead enrichment
The All New Colabo Dashboard
Users can now view their Colabo activities in the dashboard! Users can see how many leads were added and enriched to the CRM, how many lead updates were made, and any prior engagements. Users can also create a report for the past week, and for periods up to 6 months.
This was requested by many users and is now included in all licenses.
The Ability to Track Past Account Activity in Your CRM
When a lead is pushed to the CRM, Colabo now checks for past activities made prior the push, and creates CRM activities. This feature help reps keep track of all social selling activities even ones that took place before they started using Colabo.
Support for Multiple Lead Email Accounts
Sometimes leads have multiple email addresses listed in their account. Colabo now supports multiple email addresses for accounts in Colabo.
Differ Between InMail and Basic Messaging
Colabo now tracks which messages are sent as InMail and which sent as basic messages. This gives our users a better understanding of the amount of InMails being sent, and money being spent on InMails.
This feature is not yet tracked on the new dashboard but will be included in the near future.
